Supports Women Helping Women
The “groovy age” of the 1970s sets a glittery stage for “Light Up the Night,” Thursday Night Fever an all-out 70’s disco-fest presented by Marilyn & Martin Wade benefiting Women Helping Women. All you disco queens and smooth talking guys dust off your bell bottoms, gold chains and platform shoes and head over to the oh-so-sleek Contemporary Arts Center on Thursday, May 1, 2008. The after work festivities start at 6:00 pm and continue until 9:00 pm. Enjoy a high-rolling dinner by the bite prepared by Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse. WGRR’s 103.5 radio personality “LUNAMAN” spins all of your 70’s disco favorites while sumptuous spirits flow from the Martini Bar sponsored by Stoli Vodka and the Wine Bar. Warm 98 Radio personalities Randi Douglas and Bobbi Maxwell will emcee and conduct the Live Auction which will offer out-of-sight, one-of-a-kind items for the bidding. Tickets start at $75, and all proceeds benefit Women Helping Women. For more information, call Beth Fiore (513) 977-5555 or check out www.womenhelpingwomen.org
