Study indicates unread CityBeat Magazines occupy 91% of local landfills.
Every week throughout Cincinnati countless unread CityBeat Magazines are collected as trash from thousands of local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. In a recent effort to identify landfill content, local Environmentalists discovered CityBeat Magazine is the largest form of trash in Cincinnati. In an attempt to curb the amount of CityBeat trash created each week, many local business owners have found productive uses for the magazine. Starbucks Manager, Mark Forberg, has instructed his employees to stabilize wobbly tables by placing unread CityBeat Magazines under the legs. "I also try take several unread copies home each week to line the bottom of my bird cage. I give a few copies to my neighbors who use CityBeat to soak up the oil on their garage floor." added Forberg.
