Jeff Ruby clarifies restaurant admittance policies
CINCINNATI – Following the wave of positive press regarding Jeff Ruby’s refusal to serve suspected double murderer O.J. Simpson, the Cincinnati Restaurateur published a comprehensive guideline this week to help clarify his new restaurant admittance standards with regard to felony crimes.
In a brief press announcement, Ruby explained the guidelines tend to lean toward service refusal of violent criminals. Crimes such as murder, armed robbery, and rape are clearly not permitted under any circumstances. Firearm Possession is a gray area that will be permitted for Bengals players only. The guideline (pictured above) has been posted throughout all of Jeff Ruby’s restaurants. When making phone reservations customers will be asked about their criminal history and a criminal background check will be performed prior to granting a reservation. Customers who visit any of Jeff Ruby’s restaurants without a reservation will also be expected to await a criminal background check prior to seating.
